While addressing the current issues, the magazine also features contemporary topics related to education. Mentor, a pioneer magazine, also recognizes and celebrates the achievements of principals and educators. Reaching out to 150,000 school principals, educators and parents, Mentor aspires to create pioneers and visionaries in the field of education leadership who are instrumental in shaping the lives of students who are the future.Activity:
Everyday hundreds of future citizens enter the gates of schools across India to become someone in life. While the schools aim to impart academic knowledge, the education is not holistic and does not focus on all round development. Most children encounter difficulties when it comes to problems like tackling failure, relationships, sexuality, exam fear, peer pressure, stress, adolescent issues etc. The school system or the government presently is doing precious little to address this lacuna in our present educational system. Very few organized efforts are being made to get children ready for LIFE.
In order to fill this gap, established in 1997, Activity pioneered organized life skills learning as part of the school curriculum in India. It is that chapter of values, attitudes and abilities that enables a child to develop a sound moral character and competence in responding to all aspects of life.
Till date it has conducted over 1 million hours of training and works with over 2000 Private and Government Schools across India.
Activity also specializes in designing, developing content & delivering customized, research based training programs and activations for students, teachers and principals.
