When will I receive my conference material?
Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program). Additional conference material will be made available on the website after the event. You will be provided with access details for this website at the conference.
When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of registration or before the conference whichever is earlier.
How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, NEFT/RTGS or Demand Draft. Beneficiary details can be found here.
Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for schedule.
Can I register onto a workshop at the conference venue?
Yes, you may register onto workshops on site and our registration personnel will be happy to help you.
How many attendees will be at my conference?
There will be around 150-200 decision makers. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the conference information, and on the Venue page. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending an IBCI conference when making your reservation.
What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.

Will I receive any information from you in the mail?
You will receive constant updates, newsletters & brochures from time to time on related topics before & after the event.
In case of cancellation of the event by Indian Business Conference Institute Pvt. Ltd, the foregoing contract shall be unreservedly cancelled, the total amount already paid by the Client being refunded to him, without him being able to claim any compensation.
In case of cancellation of the event by Indian Business Conference Institute Pvt. Ltd for reasons of force majeure or because of a fact due to a third party which cannot be attributable to Indian Business Conference Institute Pvt. Ltd, another event shall be organized, which must take place within twelve months after the cancelled one, at the venue, conditions and modalities chosen by Indian Business Conference Institute Pvt. Ltd. In this case, no refunding shall be made by Indian Business Conference Institute Pvt. Ltd and IBCI shall not be sued for liability. The Client shall pay the total amount for the contracted event.
If the Client cancels the agreement, he shall be required to pay to Indian Business Conference Institute Pvt. Ltd the total amount, as it is defined in the foregoing contract.
In the event that Indian Business Conference Institute Pvt. Ltd postpones an event, client payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the client is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the client will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Indian Business Conference Institute Pvt. Ltd event.
